Massage
From relaxing Swedish to Deep tissue manipulation, we will find what will work best in each session. Using different tools; cupping, IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation), NMT (neuromuscular therapy), and percussion. We will find what works best to put the client into a balanced healed state. Clients may be asked to wear “workout/yoga” type clothes so we can do range of motion techniques to free up the joints for deeper work.

CranialSacral Therapy
CST1:
Christa has completed her first training in CST. She is working on her hours and will continue to take courses in developing her skills through the Upledger Institute.
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system.

Pregnancy Massage
Christa has worked with some amazing bodyworkers and has trained many years in Denver Co. in pregnancy massage. She learned how to check for dysfunctions that specifically are felt in pregnant bodies, and may cause the baby's position to not be ideal. Also she started training with Spinning Babies where she can help assist in babies' positions and birth readiness.
Every pregnancy, and baby is different, as is every body. Christa takes into account all these different factors in working with moms and their bodies in all life stages.
